The version valid at the time of order placement shall apply. Our product range is intended for customers residing in Switzerland. Deliveries are limited to Swiss addresses. Products shown are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to decline unusually large orders intended for resale.

II. Returns and Payments Returns
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. All return requests must be communicated via email to info@brideedition.ch. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Payments
3. Payments must be made in Swiss Francs. Accepted methods include bank transfer, Twint, or other listed options.
4. Full payment is due at the time of order.
5. Products remain our property until paid in full.
III. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are binding once placed. Any changes or cancellations must be requested via email and are subject to our approval. In cases of unavailability, we will inform you and issue a refund if applicable.
IV. Shipping Delivery
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post within Switzerland. Shipping charges depend on weight and order total and are shown before order confirmation. Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours (weekdays only). Delivery may take 4 working days. During peak periods (e.g., holidays), preparation time may increase. Free shipping is available for orders over CHF 200. Charges for smaller orders are CHF 2.00 or CHF 7.00. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us at info@brideedition.ch. If items are missing or damaged, notify us by email with your order number and issue description. We cover return costs for faulty items.
